“Community Workout by Fitfest and CRYSTAL”

Bangkok – April 9, 2018:  While many people focus on looking good, being fit and healthy is what is most important. To prove this point, “Nine-Naphat,” presenter for CRYSTAL drinking water, teamed up with “Woody-Vuthithorn,” “Namcha-Cheranut,” and “Dome-Pakorn,” along with over 500 fans who joined the “HiiT Walk,” the final event in the Community Workout by CRYSTAL and Fitfest. CRYSTAL teamed up with Woody to create this campaign to inspire Thais to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The event included exercising and drinking water in the lush surroundings of Chulalongkorn University’s Centenary Park. 


The activity began with Dome-Pakorn, who recently returned to the small screen after four years in the role of “Hemaraj,” who makes girls fall in love with a handsome devil. Today, he joined as a DJ, still wearing a cast to recover from a broken ankle. Despite wanting badly to join the walk, he took on DJ’ing duties, spinning a great mix that pumped up the crowd who had assembled for the 45-minute “HiiT Fat Burning Walk.” Everyone had so much fun they seemed oblivious to being tired from the intensive calorie burn.
Anyone wanting proof that this was a power walk only had to look at Nine-Naphat, who was completely soaked. However, it’s not only about getting your heart rate up and working up a sweat. Nine revealed his helpful tip, “Today, before we started walking, I drank a glass of water. After walking, I had a break for half an hour, then drank two more glasses of water. It’s important to be hydrated. If you want to look awesome, choose a hygienic and high-quality drinking water. Numcha-Cheranut said, “It was incredible doing the HiiT Walk. Honestly, I’m a bit exhausted. It burned a lot of calories and showed that walking is a great way to manage your weight and take care of your body. You can do it anywhere and ask your friends or family members to join you. Don’t forget to have drinking water on hand. Your body and skin will thank you.”
Woody-Vuthithorn added, “I want all Thais to be healthy. Try to ‘HiiT Walk’ on your own. This will save you money instead of going to the gym. The trick is to walk at a regular speed for two minutes, walk fast for one minute, then walk at your fastest speed for three minutes. Repeat this process. During the first 15 minutes, our body will consume calories from the food we had today. For the second 15 minutes, our body will use energy from the last 48 hours, while our bodies will start to use stored fat as energy for the third 15 minutes. That’s how you can enjoy walking and burning fat at the same time, so everyone can stay fit and healthy.”
